How do I order an appraisal?
Capital Solutions Financial group requires that all appraisals be ordered through CSFG’s approved Appraisal Management Company (AMC).

When ordering an appraisal, CSFG’s Broker website has the ability for third party mortgage companies to link to the approved AMC’s website.
How do I get my appraiser on your approved appraiser list?
CSFG does not approve individual appraisers. Please have your appraiser contact our approved Appraisal Management Company (AMC) for information on how to become an approved appraiser with them.
How do I handle HVCC?
The Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) establishes appraisal standards for conforming loans. In order to be compliant with HVCC, we require that all appraisals be ordered through our CSFG approved Appraisal Management Company (AMC):
